Plans and pricing
Lokom bills in euros, monthly. There is no annual billing today.
On this page, a plan is your subscription tier. Everywhere else in these docs, a plan is a compensation plan for a role. Unrelated concepts, unfortunate collision.

Pipedrive connection and the rep view inside Pipedrive are included.
Not a time-limited trial. It runs as long as you want.
Free is for evaluating with one rep, not for modelling a whole org. The billable-rep cap is what stops you publishing a live plan for a second person — but the deal, rule and plan limits above bite before that, so a serious design exercise needs Growth.

Pro — not on sale yet
You will see a Pro card in the app marked "Coming soon." It cannot be bought today, and it is not a hidden feature gate: Growth and Pro currently carry exactly the same capabilities, which is precisely why Pro is paused rather than sold. Nothing in Lokom is withheld from Growth customers and reserved for Pro.
What counts as a rep
Only participants on a live plan. Admins, finance, RevOps and anyone in a draft plan cost nothing. → Billable reps
Changing tier
Upgrading takes effect immediately — you get the tier and are charged for it straight away.
Downgrading is scheduled: you keep what you are paying for until the end of the current period, and the change applies at renewal. Nothing is revoked mid-cycle.
VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country, and you can add a VAT number where reverse charge applies. → Manage your account
