Emails Lokom sends

Lokom is quiet by design. It emails you when something needs you, or when something you started has finished. Everything else lives in the app.

Emails are sent in your account language — English or Français. → Change your language

What gets sent, and to whom

Billing problems are not emailed

A failed payment shows as a banner on the billing page, not as an email. If nobody opens Settings → Billing, nobody finds out — so check it after a card expires or changes.

Turning emails off

There is no notification preferences screen today. [NEEDS CONFIRMATION] — whether per-user email preferences or an unsubscribe option exist, and what the intended behaviour is.

In-app messages instead of email

Lokom uses banners and toasts, not email, for day-to-day signals — a broken Pipedrive connection, a sync failure, a period running out of coverage, a card about to expire. Check the top of the screen when something looks stale.
