Download your data or delete your workspace

Both live at Settings → General → Danger Zone. Admin-only.

Download everything in your workspace​

Use this before cancelling, before deleting, or whenever finance wants a full copy.

  1. Go to Settings → General → Danger Zone.
  2. Click Download your data.
  3. Leave the page if you like — "We'll let you know when it's ready."
  4. When it's done you get an email (Your Lokom data export is ready) and an in-app toast with a Download button.

Expected result: a ZIP file containing JSON plus a human-readable CSV summary.

Watch for: the download link expires. If you see "This download link has expired," click Generate new export. [NEEDS CONFIRMATION] — how long a download link stays valid.

Delete your workspace​

This removes everything, permanently. Read Manage your account first if you only want to stop paying — cancelling is not deleting.

Before you start: download your data. Support cannot restore a purged workspace.

  1. Go to Settings → General → Danger Zone → Delete workspace.
  2. Verify it's you. Lokom emails a 6-digit code. Enter it. Too many wrong attempts locks the flow for a short cool-down; you can request a new code.
  3. Read the impact wall. Lokom lists exactly what will be destroyed — users, participants, plans, periods, quotas, payouts, manually-entered deals, invoices — with counts. Scroll to the bottom and click I understand — continue to delete.
  4. Type the workspace name exactly as shown, then click Confirm deletion.

Expected result: "Deletion request received." Lokom cancels your subscription, then starts a 14-day grace period. All admins are emailed.

During the 14 days:

  • Your team can still log in.
  • You can still download all your data.
  • Any admin can cancel the deletion, from the same Danger Zone tab.

After that the workspace is purged and cannot be recovered.

Invoices survive

"Your invoices will be kept by our payment provider for legal reasons. Your personal billing details will be removed."

Cancel a scheduled deletion​

Go to Settings → General → Danger Zone. The tab shows "Deletion scheduled — your workspace will be deleted on <date>" with a Cancel deletion button. Any admin can use it.
