What Lokom is
Lokom turns your Pipedrive deals into commission payouts — and helps you design the commission plan in the first place.
It is built for sales teams of roughly 5 to 50 reps who have outgrown a spreadsheet but have no interest in a six-week implementation with a comp consultant.
The two halves
Calculating commission is the part every tool does. Lokom reads your closed deals from Pipedrive, applies your rules, and produces a statement per rep per period, where every number traces back to the deal and the rule that produced it.
Designing the plan is the part that actually costs you money when you get it wrong. Lokom's guided plan builder walks you from "what's the OTE and what share of it is variable" to a concrete rate, and the Stress Test runs a finished plan against deals you have already closed so you can see what it would have paid before it pays anyone.
Where your reps see it
Reps do not need to log into Lokom, and most never will. Their commission appears inside the Pipedrive deal they are already working, updating as the deal moves. There is also a web view — My payouts and My plan — for reps who want the full picture.
What Lokom is not
- Not a payroll system. Lokom produces the numbers and exports them. Paying people, handling social contributions and local employment law stays with your payroll provider.
- Not a multi-CRM tool. Pipedrive is the premise, not one connector among several.
- Not an enterprise ICM. No bespoke workflow engine, no professional-services project.
